Wedding Photography

The wedding process, what happens next?

A wedding is a highly personal business, so choosing the right wedding photographer is extremely important. This is why I always suggest an initial meeting where we can talk through your plans and put together a loose timeline for your big day. Typically this is over a coffee somewhere convenient for us. I am based in London, so if this meeting is not person is not possible, then we can meet over the interweb, FaceTime, Zoom etc, whatever is convenient. At this informal coffee meet we can go over all the basics. Date/venue, what you have planned for the day etc. As a wedding photographer or event photographer, I nearly always have many questions, but I also want you to be open and ask as many questions as you want. Having photographed many events, I may have the solution for you. I am always available after our meeting for any follow ups, and even for a chat.

Once you are ready to go ahead and book, what I need is a completed and signed contract and a non-refundable booking fee of £500 to secure my services for your wedding date. The remainder of the balance is due 28 days before the wedding date. I always give the same advice to couples planning their big day. Once you have chosen a photographer you love, book them. As a wedding photographer I can only do one wedding on a specific date, a designer will be able to supply many dresses, a florist several bouquets, I would love to be your wedding photographer so please get in touch, lets have that chat, check my availability, and your deposit will block out the day for you.
